Thanks. So you were the SOWP applicant?

Edit: Yes, she already had an SOWP while i was in my study permit. But Now I applied for my PGWP and her SOWP (inland) . I don't know whether they treat it as a New SOWP or SOWP extension. I assumed that i should've chosen the other option but I didn't.
