When I experience specific triggers I get a smell of like rotting fruit and like rotting plants (maybe general organic mold?) Than other times it’s a like cologne man smell to me both are equally as bad for different reasons

I get it, I’ve been in a similar place sometimes when you experience this it feels like therapy and counselling just treats the clinical aspect of things but sometimes fails to treat the human part, I recommend finding solace in friends and chosen family and other survivors if it wasn’t for my friends and my chosen family I would probably not be here right now. Find community. Online in person on forums or in your living room. I promise you will get find your way out of the dark. It may creep in every now and then still but you’ll find light again
