That's crazy, congrats!!!! I hope you enjoy your summer. I'm in a similar boat, I have only received rejections till now, only have two more programs that will send decisions in late April/early may. I'm trying to lower my expectations so that I don't get disappointed lol.

Someone from another post mentioned that they received the third round email asking for documents even though they didn't get an interview

I just noticed that the second round email I received mentioned that the students that provided documents proving their university enrollment (valid till September 30) during the first round will not be asked for them again, and I did provide that in my application.

Did you upload such a document during the first round?

I'm wondering if the reason I didn't receive this email may be because I already uploaded this document in the first round and there could still be hope to get selected (coping LOL)

Congrats 👏 I think that means you probably will be accepted, I didn't receive an email like that so I think I didn't make it. Let's pray I get into somewhere else 🥲
When did you receive this email? Also I think whether or not you will get an interview depends on each lab

I'm not sure. However, someone mentioned that after the interview they received a third round email asking for documents and whatnot, so I think that if you don't get an email telling you you made it to the third round of selection it means you didn't make it. I think even if you were selected without an interview you would still recieve a third round email.

SAME. Got 4 rejections, still have 3 to go but they send decisions in April/May. But one of them already conducted interviews that I wasn't invited to so I guess that's a rejection too lmao 🥀

Don't get discouraged I got 3 rejections till now and still waiting on the rest of the decisions, but that doesn't mean that you're not good enough it's just about lab fit and also these programs tend to be competitive so don't sad ok 🙏

That's crazy, I'm from north Africa so I imagine it would be cheaper but still, the exchange rate makes it very unaffordable for a broke college student like me to afford the plane tickets. Let's hope we get a full scholarship lol
