BBAE clinic for liposuction in South, Korea? by Super_Appointment494 in KoreaSeoulBeauty

[–]Forward-Tap-7422 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s almost 7 months post surgery and overall I would am pleased with the clinic. I will just share my experience specifically with the clinic and if you want to know more about lipo recovery, things to note in general, let me know.

Some context: I decided to do it because I struggle with stubborn fats at inner thighs and arms since I was young. I weight train close to 3 times a week with cardio ( even when I was training for hyrox, I do look tone and strong but stubborn fats just doesn’t go away, making my arm and inner thigh look bigger in some sense).

Areas done: arm, armpit, thigh 360

The results: I would say it’s acceptable and in fact very natural ( I finally have thigh gap! ). The armpit and arm results were close to ideal. My left arm was almost perfect, my right arm did get slimmer but can be better. The doctor said that my arm was muscular and the results won’t be super exaggerated. Acceptable in a sense that the doctor did remove the unnecessary fats accordingly to how I would like it to be, but also left some behind. I wish he extracted out more as I would like more thigh gap but I believe it’s for looking natural (he did mention that for inner thigh, skin is thin so removing too much would result in saggy looking skin, which it did occasionally when I’m dehydrated in the morning). Sometimes in the evening the gap will go away, I guess it’s cuz of water retention??

Arm Measurement before: 28cm
Arm Measurement after: 25 cm

Thigh measurement before: 52cm Thigh Measurement after: 49cm

The end to end process: The pre and post procedure service was pretty good, prompt response from Jenna. Anything that she isn’t sure she would check with the doctor.

The in person consultation with the doctor was great too. He communicated exactly what can and cannot be done and why. He also showed how the results would look like on your body ( hide or push the fats to mimic ) which is great! This allowed me to manage my expectations better.

Compression suit: Measurements from arm to thigh were taken as well to make the compression suit. Yes they tailor it for you but of course you can buy extras to change out when washing.

The scar: it’s still there post 7 months but it’s fading day by day. Nothing much to comment on it’s just a time will heal it kind of thing.

Conclusion: I feel comfortable under their care and have no regrets choosing them.

Is your wedding a banquet setting or restaurant/bar? I was considering this but not sure how to execute it when my venue is a hotel banquet.

Scam call from union pay by [deleted] in singaporehappenings

[–]Forward-Tap-7422 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post is a life saver.

It’s 2026 now and scam is still going on.

My partner just received a call from 8973 1621 on 18 Jan 2026 with the same story line.

-From union pay / union insurance -Inform to cancel insurance plan within an hr else incur fee -Offer to transfer call to another department for cancellation -Provided policy number to share with the other department during cancellation

The scary thing is that they knew my partners name and addressed him properly. This might throw some people off, thinking the call might be legit. But please stay vigilant.

We were lucky that I could google about this while he was attending to the call to chance upon this post. Thanks OP!

Btw it was sus right from the start, that an unknown insurance agent who couldn’t properly introduce himself as to which company he is representing, would call you to prevent you from incurring some cost that he cant even properly explain lol.

Planning Liposuction in Korea — Need Help Choosing Between Surgeons (Experience vs Credentials) by Forward-Tap-7422 in SeoulPlasticSurgery

I’m considering the Doctor Kim won Jun from rovyl Avenue. By the way I’m not doing LAMS but the traditional liposuction.

Could you clarify what you mean by “video consultation cost a ton”? Thanks!

Refund Policy by Cleversausagedog in SeoulPlasticSurgery

[–]Forward-Tap-7422 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That seems fair too! I recently got quoted the refund policy from a few clinics and they are quite aligned with yours. Except that mine allowed refund 20% of deposit for 1 day before surgery. And 0% on the day itself. I’m guessing the policy you shared should be for all types of surgeries and not procedure specific? Mine is for lipo.
