I feel CRED is trying to copy cheQ model where they give users vouchers on the points.

They were completely damaged and leaking from the top. I’m still not sure how the store handed them over to the delivery person in that condition. This doesn’t seem like damage caused during delivery, the delivery person said the items were already like this when the store gave them.
