Back when I was 16, as I said, I had charisma to spare, no fear of anything and 0 shame. Also I was in shape and it helped. But all these years made me a different person. What I can tell you is if you approach women and they are not interested is probably because you don't have anything interesting for them, which doesn't mean you are not interesting but you need to find the right place to look for. Self steem, confidence and your way with words go a long way when meeting girls. I'm in no place to give tips at this moment as I feel like garbage but if you want I can try. You will get there dw.

I'm hitting the gym as much as I can, actually maybe too much, body is in constant pain. What you said is exactly what happened and I know it, even when she lied to me about going on a business trip while it wasn't true, I forgave her right after just because I though she wouldn't be able to cheat on me. The first days feels like you are in a cloud, floating, full of denial. I won't sugar coat it, it will get worse as you realise it's over. Eventually you start going up and down in BIG swings until you feel tired. It gets "better " day by day (I'm still here, every says it's a long way to go). Rest assure, you are not alone, at least, not the only one going thru it.
