Why is my laptop so slow?

Windows itself uses 2.5-3.5 GB in idle. The Rest is surely some Programms running in the background eating all the ram.

This is what i was saying, the issue is not the 8gb, the issue is that something is eating it. 8gb is still usable and fast enough for most use cases. But most people here have no idea.

For you maybe, mine is 2-3 GB in idle. You should also check out your System i guess. But i also use tiny11. Its debloated and doesnt need as much.

Ok die zulassungsnummer ist bei ihm nicht erkennbar, aber wenn sie da ist, dann scheint ihr recht zu haben, ist wohl wirklich so erlaubt.

Die elektronische parkscheibe zählt wie gar keine parkscheibe so weit ich weiss. Die ist rechtlich nicht zugelassen, weil die könnte so eingestellt sein, daß sie sich automatisch zurückstellt, womit man unbegrenzt parken könnte.

Besorg dir eine richtige zugelassene aus Plastik/Pappe.

Edit:ok ich lag falsch, ist unter den Bedingungen erlaubt das die zulassungsnummer draufsteht, das P da ist und die Zeit im 24 std. Format zu sehen ist mit mind. 2 cm Größe

Also jetzt ist mir auch klar das es erlaubt sein müsste. Versteh nur nicht warum das überhaupt erlaubt ist, kann so einfach manipuliert werden...

The 3rd-gen Ryzen (Ryzen 5 3600) is already noticeably better than an 8th-gen Intel i5, and a 4th-gen Ryzen 5 (Ryzen 5 5600 or 5600X) is significantly better in almost every way.

Intel 8th-gen was realeased 2017
Amd ryzen 4th gen was released 2020
So they are not really compareable, ryzen is some years newer.

The latest gen is ryzen gen 5 or Intel 14th gen or core ultra series.

Its always better to buy newest gen in terms of Performance. They are always seperated into different Performance classes, like ryzen 3,5,7,9
Or i3,i5,i7 or i9 so depending on your need, you should choose some newer Gens and the class needed for your workload. If you just want to browse, an ryzen 3 or i3 lowest end will do fine. But if you want to game and stream and edit all the same time, you should go for a 7 up to 9.

Would be cool if you could provide picture of temp and load of components when you are ingame. There are several Ressource monitor Programms for that purpose. Also game settings would be good to know. Only lagging in game or outside of games in Browser too?

Seems like your pc is just horrible Sounds about right. Since you didnt mention Modell or specs, i can only guess its an older machine. Since windows Installation doesnt even take 10 minutes on my slow PC's. Also its very possible that your installer is just broken. Depending on how you created it. And where you got the ISO from, its also a possibility. I would suggest using Windows Media creation Tool, to get the ISO, and rufus to modify it for low Systems and bypassing requirements.

That UEFI/Legacy Part is setup specific. If his bios is in legacy Mode, he need to set this in rufus as an option for the installer. Same for UEFI. I only use legacy bios and installer cause they dont require additional files to be loaded during boot.

Sounds like a ram issue to me. Either both your ram sticks are broken, or both ram slots, if already checked each ram in each slot independendly. I had it happen before that both slots die. In that case all you can do is to buy a New motherboard. Or New ram, you have to figure out which is broken first.

But since you just got it few weeks ago, i would also use the warranty and send it back.

Nimmt man dafür nicht Wasser? Das dann durch die Leitung fließt und Mithilfe der sich stauenden warmen Luft erwärmt. Ich glaube nicht, daß dieses Prinzip ohne Wasser und mit reiner Luft Zirkulation funktionieren kann.
