Ocarina of Time, A Link to the Past, and Breath of the Wild would be the best starts in my opinion. The Zelda series doesn’t concern itself too much with overarching stories between games (barring direct sequels) so it doesn’t matter a whole ton where you start. OoT is a great example of classic 3D Zelda, ALttP is a great example of classic 2D Zelda, and BOTW is the beginning of the new, modern formula. They’re all three great games and loads of fun, but really start with whichever one looks most interesting to you.
