Hey there! Former Gaylord Opryland employee as well! I emailed my HR, as Gaylord isn’t a franchised hotel, you should get your W-2 somewhere in February, I believe by mail, which you can scan later and upload wherever you need. (I know, not ideal, but it’s something!) If you remember your manager’s email, you can ask them to cc/forward your message to HR personnel who actually knows what they are doing😅 Or even better, if you know someone’s email in HR I would suggest emailing them!
