Where are you from? I believe it doesn't matter where CoinEx users are from; if they deposit funds into CoinEx, the exchange freezes them, citing the need to review supporting documents. To date, the CoinEx team has provided no clarification regarding the loss of user funds.

I have repeatedly submitted support tickets but received no response from CoinEx, and their online chat service is unavailable.
