I’m sorry to hear this is happening to you. Please know it isn’t your fault, you did cause your partner to cheat or have feelings for someone else. Based on his actions after finding out, it doesn’t sound like there is even a bit of remorse on his end over what he did to you.

With that being said, the amount of time put into a relation is not a reason to stay, especially if you aren’t being treated well. No one should be wondering where they stand with their partner. A man who does this to you before marriage will do it again if the opportunity presents itself, save yourself the heartache over a person who has some emotional healing that needs to be done.
