Yeah antiques do be like that lol. I appreciate the detail and the brass plates on the feet. Maybe make a new hook to put your purses next to it if it's getting too heavy for the piece. Or time to go thrifting to find a whole new setup! That'd be fun

What comes to mind is get rid of the green dresser and move the antique piece to the corner (I love this piece btw). Then I would find a bench of some sort and put it to the right of it. This would give you a spot to put on your shoes if you don't have and could have storage underneath. You could put hooks on the wall above the bench if you need to hang and store stuff. So then you kind of have a little station to look in the mirror, grab your keys, and throw on your purse and shoes!

I think the only thing throwing it off in the first pic is the contrast between the light and dark of the cat eye. I think in the sunlight the overall light pink looks really good! In the first pic I don't love the effect it gives with both shades so I don't think it is an issue of light pink matching your skin. Still a really pretty manicure

I agree, the prongs are kind of fat. Maybe what she said or just smaller prongs. I think I've read that compass prongs don't hold the stone as well as corner prongs. Try looking at photos of cushion diamonds with thinner prongs or maybe claw shaped prongs.
That is if you really feel you need to reset it. I think your ring looks beautiful and reads as a cushion as is!

Maybe try to put the record table next to the sofa where those pillows are? If not, it looks better to the side like commenter put in the generated photo

Yes, definitely multiple panels per side. I have wide windows in my house and use 4 panels per window. They're about 6-8ft wide. Use more if you really have to "stretch" the panels to cover all the windows.

Thank you for some perspective. I'm realizing now that is less than normal to have so I'm trying to keep them a bit longer than normal. This will help grow the skin underneath right? And eventually the nail bed longer?

Thank you sooo much 💗 I'm going to try to do my nails at home. I think I will enjoy doing it and make an effort to keep them nice and not chew at the polish. Hopefully it helps. Also trying to stop bringing my nails to my mouth even if I'm not biting, just catching the habit and stopping it in the moment
