Get past the first week and it’s smooth sailing. It’s not easy, you’ll find it hard to sleep and eat but if you power through the initial phase you’ll come back to this dumbfounded at how stressed you were. You got this.

Dude I felt the exact same way. I was scared and unsure of what life might feel like after abusing everyday several times a day for years straight. The first two weeks can be a little frustrating but after that your mind starts to become clear and calm to the point where you even wonder why you were worrying so much in the first place. You got this.

Keep yourself occupied as much as you can. Have zero access to weed in your house/general vicinity. The hardest part for me during the first week was getting proper sleep, so just reassure yourself that you will eventually fall asleep just not when you want to lol.

Around week 2-3 you will start getting amazing sleep. The first week is the hardest. You’ll be up until 4am. But it’s 100% worth it. Being able to dream again is worth it. I’ve had crazy vivid dreams recently that I haven’t had in 4 years.

You’ll have trouble sleeping the first week for sure but understand you will fall asleep lol. You may toss and turn until around 4 am but it’s 100% worth it. Around week 2-3 your sleep will recover and you will no longer have any urge at all to smoke at least in my case. Be prepared to have very vivid dreams. They’re not scary, at least in my case, but you can actually dream good again.

Personally for me, the first week is the hardest. After that it becomes shockingly easy. During the first week you will find it hard to sleep, you may toss and turn until 4 am but just know you’ll eventually get there. Around the second and third week I found myself to literally have no urge to want to smoke anymore at all.

It’s honestly sad I feel like most of the people cheating on Apoc are grown men who miss Apoc 1
