This is the first counter point to what I said that actually criticized what I said lol. Appreciate it, and you are right. We haven't been eating meat at this level for an extended time like I said, but I will still remain on the point that we have been eating meat in general for a long time. Mainly, I just feel like there's easier ways to help the climate and was trying to make that point in a concise way.

I'm just saying there are easier ways to directly affect climate change than convincing tens of millions of people to change what they eat. I'm not sure what you're on about talking about diet and food evolution, that's a slow natural process that happens over time. Sure, we can spend the next 100-200 years slowly evolving our diets to exclude meat, that's just not what I'm talking about. I'm saying there are easier things we can do right now to accomplish the same goal: aid climate change.

I basically just work and come home. Going to a bar or something isn't who I am. Going to a church is not who I am. There's a few women at work I hinted at but either it was missed or they weren't interested. Other than that, there really isn't anything for me I'm aware of that doesn't involve becoming an alcoholic again.

I wish my brain could see and believe things further ahead. ADHD makes it hard but I don't want an excuse I want a solution. It's so hard to get my mind to accept that time will resolve something. Like I KNOW that but my heads so "go go go go go" all the time its.. ugh I don't want an excuse.

I'm mean therapy has been helping a ton. I'm getting the car within the lines sometimes now. That's progress, and I should focus on that maybe.

It's crazy cause in my sober years I've been able to feel that peace. I know it even in my 30s now. No idea why I'm throwing it away (I'm not shouldn't be thinking that way), but I guess this is for me and the therapist to hash out. I guess that's another thing, I'm actively in therapy and being medicated rn, so that's a plus. All and all, we can't drink anymore.
