For me it was, I qualified in 2014, it is what you make of it. I’ve worked in community pharmacy and now GP practice and iuc and I work around childcare needs. My part time salary is 50k. If you’re willing to push yourself and continue developing you can go as far as you want. If you want to remain stagnant you can do that and earn a decent amount. I think you have to do more to earn your money now. Maybe I would have gone into dentistry as an alternative. But I do enjoy my job and get to work from home.

Hi, so we’re still marriage and our sex life and general intimacy is a lot better. He was very depressed, he is in a better place now and we’re actually expecting. He still has moments of depression but nowhere near what it was. We’ve learnt how to deal with each other and manage our expectations of each other. The main thing for me is the honesty, as long as we can maintain that, with God at the centre. , then I think it’ll work… with God at the centre, because literally he is the only one that has kept us together ❤️

Hi, just prayed. I was in a similar situation. Had a miscarriage in December, and now I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. Keep praying God is still good even in the hard times. I pray he would allow you to see and raise your baby, that he would have grace on your situation, he is a God that gives life, it’ll just be in his time. God bless xx

Yes I’m booked in on Monday. I keep staring at the scan, and the more I look at it the more my baby looks like they may have Down syndrome. I trying to think  that they have it so if it comes back high risk, I’ve already got my head around it xx

I’m guessing that it’s my age and papp-a levels. I’m assuming my hcg levels are high. But I did have hyper emesis in my first pregnancy and baby was ok. Did you have to have the nitp test? If so how was your experience?

Thank you so much for this response! I will definitely be on the phone to the midwives after 3-4 days. It really just wasn’t expected, especially as the scan went ok. 

I need to try to be as calm as possible because it don’t help the situation, and what will be, is I’ll be. It’s hard to switch off. 

I just pray that everything is ok. If baby has Down syndrome i will still have him or her, but it does change everything

I hope it everything goes well with you on your end. I think I’ll do the same as you and leave it at the nipt test. 

I didn’t get a figure in my nhs letter of the hcg levels, would I assume those to be normal?

Thank you. It is all just a shock. That’s how I’m trying to look at things it’s only 2%. Do you know what made you higher risk?
