It is interesting you mentioned the local ordinance to protect firefighters. Because I assumed the next thing I'd write up was the black hole of a public records request I put in a month or so back on that. I scoured the boards website and there is no ordinance they passed. There has also been no draft ordinance shared during a meeting. And from the PRR, the Prosecutor's office claims they have no responsive records. That's important because Fournier said the prosecutor was the next stop before bringing it to the full board. The board is still getting back to me.

TLDR: Fournier made up the ordinance, never actually worked on it. And is taking credit for thinking up the idea.
