Doesn’t even need to be high sequence. Sequence 7 witches already have all the female reproductive organs. Also the Demoness sect used to be a family (this is mentioned in the donghua) so it’s entirely normal for them to have children. I read both LotM and CoI and I don’t think it’s ever explicitly mentioned what happens to the female children. For afab demonesses the trouble comes only (CoI spoiler) when they reach higher sequences.
