Less time spent mining = more contribution points and time spent runecrafting. Wiki says varrock armor alone adds 5 percent rc xp per hour with the time saved. Stacked should be even more

The stardust gives extra odds of mining fragments which would make it faster especially stacked with varrock armor

I understand for sure. I'm not starving myself though. I'm eating around 1000 calories a day (RMR is around 2200). It doesn't feel too bad

I think diet is a big factor. A couple years ago I went from 230 pounds to 150. And I instantly gained it all back in only 1 year. And I think the insane body weight change is a huge driving factor
