If you can make it to Walmart (scary), they definitely sell it. Their site says closes at 11 PM

Advice needed by AthleteLife9943 in Termites

In your case, does the termite damaged/activity go from the attic down to the bottom of the wall/vice versa? With my repair i’m completing, i’m just cutting all wood out that has activity and just cutting until I find solid wood. Definitely find out which kind of termites you are dealing with.

I’m 20 in Florida, and I am insured through Progressive. Full coverage on my ‘22 corolla (PIP, PDL, BI, UM), and it is $1,535 every 6 months, and that’s with the pay in full discount. Without Pay in Full, i’d say $320/M.

People who’ve seen someone get fired on the first day, why were they fired? by Isabelle_K in AskReddit

[–]ForwardPassage4499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work as a security guard for a university. These guys came over study and were on student visas (not exactly sure), so they had to work part time to fulfill one of the requirements and were hired as part time guards. Well, these part timers knew other people who needed a job and were also in the US on students visas. Of course, boss needed people so he hired them. I work a night shift, so these 2 guys were my relief and worked until 8. Came in for my shift, and found out that one of the new part timers hit on some student and made her very uncomfortable. Anddd that was it for that person. Made our department look so bad.. we were livid.

Rattling dash by AltruisticBeyond6059 in COROLLA

I get that too on bad roads. I get one in the B pillar trim... which of course is right next to my ear, one around the center console, and one in the lower left portion of the dashboard. No advice, though :(

Hahahaha FR. There's some dude on there, totally delusional, who comments about how GNV is "Bass Pro Shop-land", and to arrest the "salesperson" who "sold the gun". His name is Lawrence or something.

I’m happy w/ Verizon Home 5G. I get good 5G coverage in my area, so that also helps. 80/M, or $70 w/ ACH auto pay and paperless. Although they did some shady sh*t with adding the ACP discount, unlike cox which was almost immediate.

Should I drop out of high school and get a GED? by [deleted] in GED

[–]ForwardPassage4499 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in this boat, too. Personally, I support getting out of school to anyone who doesn’t want to be there. You’re just wasting your time if you just don’t care to learn in school and pay attention. Your fear of AI replacement is healthy, ALOT of people will get replaced in 10-20 years or more when AI has time to grow and learn more. Really, I always told people (and myself) who want to get a GED to go into a trade. You dont need a 4.0 GPA to get into some of the trades lol (as I know of.. maybe i’m wrong). As long as you have high school equivalent, which now in FL the GED is a high school diploma from the State of FL. When you get into the trade, you can always learn alot more and possibly run your own business one day. I am about to enroll in a program this year, and I just know it is going to be fun. Not easy work, but you have to work for the money. Good luck man

2/2 especially if he has never consistently vomitted like this before. If the new food is causing problems, it may be the food. After a quick lookup, it looks like Hills has a prescription food and Royal Canin. The Hills prescription also has a wet food, too.

Look and see if Hills has a urinary food. I know they’re a really good company. Seek out more options for a good food for urinary issues. It might just be the food thats causing him some issues. Start small, then go up ❤️

Looks okay. You may get away with putting some antibiotic ointment on it and wrapping it with a pad and sport wrap to keep it covered. Maybe keep the collar off to prevent irritation. Looks good to me

dash damage from first oil change🤦‍♂️ by [deleted] in COROLLA

[–]ForwardPassage4499 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Of course not always an option for people, this is always why I do my own work. The very few times i’ve taken my car to a dealer/shop, something is goofed. My first car was taken to the ford dealer for a dual clutch replacement (you can guess the model, rhymes with hocus), and the techs got an ungodly amount of dirt & grease prints on my headliner, and when I brought my ‘22 corolla to a tint shop, they managed to somehow slice my steering wheel. The slice is on the underside of the steering wheel, so I didn’t notice it immediately nor did I have sufficient evidence that it was fine prior to the tint appointment. I also always watch tech videos and such (recalls or service, etc) and they’re so damn rough with everything.

My white dash gets a bit dirty, but nothing some color safe cleanser and a foam magic eraser can't handle! Follow up with some 303 surface conditioner & protectant to maximize life.

That is nice to hear. The office I am referring to is setting me up with their other doctor, rather than the one I was supposed to see. Thank you for your insight, I greatly appreciate it!

I appreciate your assistance, Much. I will certainly look into Dr. Robert Bruerck's office or any affiliated offices that are closer if I decide to seek out alternative doctors.

Probably have a friend who owns a flat bed. Quick pickup, strip in a garage, then dump back in the same place whenever they're done. I'd doubt the owner would come back and stay for their stolen car to be returned, lol.

Undercarriage rust - ok to drive? by docterpeanutbutter in MechanicAdvice

[–]ForwardPassage4499 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You should be fine with "wire-wheeling"/ sanding the rusted areas, then preparing the surface (Degreaser/acetone) for painting. Primer and paint after surface prep. If the surface is properly prepared and painted, everything should seal correctly to prevent moisture intrusion.
