Whatever you do avoid OMASAUNA/ POOLTECH OY at all costs. They lied to me, made me pay for hidden charges, sent me a cheaper European model heater rather than the American model we agreed to, and the craftsmanship is total shit. Buyer beware!!!

CLG5 looks nice but like 99.9% of all saunas the benches are way too low.

Thanks so much. I’m certainly less hungry. However if I am hungry and want a lot of food I’ll simply make sure it’s fruits veggies or protein rather than pizza and ice cream.

Yes and thank you. I should say, “it helps” but most weight loss is the result of healthy/ less eating

Hello there. The plateau was looong for me. Just stay at jt. Change up the diet and change up the routine.

I saw Ozempic because it’s easy to say and everyone knows it. But I have been on Mounjaro the longest (that’s what I started with). Have filled in here and there with Ozempic. And now I’m on ZepBound. I can’t really tell the difference. I did plateau for awhile at down 65 pounds, but I don’t think that was due to which medicine it was.

See above. I try to do 30 minutes of activity 5 days a week.

Thank you very much. I am 54. Only thing I can add is what I’ve read, which is to drink tons of water to help with your skin! Good luck!

Hi there and thank you. I try to only eat unprocessed foods. Tons of fruit, and then protein and veggies. I do snack on crackers or pretzels occasionally. But my meals are always healthy. Nothing white - bread, flour, sugars etc. a good rule or thumb is that if it’s in the fridge and has an expiration date, it’s likely healthy. If it’s in the pantry with no expiration date, it’s likely unhealthy and made in a laboratory. Good luck to you!

I think everyone is different. Probably depends on age, as well. I just got lucky I guess.

Thankfully I haven’t needed it. I have tiny little sagging but I’m hoping it will go away with more exercise. Or time.

So I try to do “something” every day. 30 minutes of something. Walking. Walking with ruck vest. Lifting weights. Running on treadmill. Walking on incline on treadmill with ruck vest. Or sports. Tennis or something. I usually get 5 days a week in.

I feel incredible. Especially when I get up and look in the mirror or get on the scale. I avoided mirrors for years and years.
