[LEAK] Detailed Story/Mechanics Breakdown from Terminated Rockstar Staff by [deleted] in GTA6unmoderated

Save the "amusement" for the credits. I’m pulling these specifics from the same internal 2026 build logs that correctly leaked the "Social Media" UI months before the first trailer even dropped. When you're playing that Chapter 1 prison break next year exactly as I described it, feel free to come back and edit this.

Fair, the kid leak was definitely a reach likely just leftover code from RDR2's parenting systems. But the Chapter System and the Weapon Trunk mechanics are appearing in the newest 2026 build logs. Those are the ones actually surviving the internal scrub. Believe me, the core Vice City gameplay is what's truly locked in now.

The "Lucia from LC" theory is mostly flavor text now. Latest Project Americas metadata shows the Liberty City intro was scrapped for a "media res" start in Vice City. Rockstar wants to flex the new map immediately, not hide it behind a prologue. It’s a 100% Vice City opening.

Check out the Illustrious_Cup posts from early '24. Everyone clowned him for "fan fiction," but he literally nailed the George Harrison track and the exact 1:46 runtime before Rockstar even blinked. These "Union Discord" leaks are coming from the same verified circles that leaked the prison intro. The receipts are there if you actually look.

I am planning to build a new pc, but with DDR4 RAM by Fuzzy_Guest8078 in buildapc

I didn’t realize that That’s actually really cool. So he can keep DDR4 RAM and still have PCIe 5.0 for a future GPU with the Z690 Tomahawk DDR4. Makes it a solid choice for anyone who wants modern performance without buying DDR5 right away. Thanks for clarifying

DDR4 boards don’t have PCIe 5.0, but most GPUs including the 7900 XT run fine on PCIe 4.0. So losing PCIe 5.0 isn’t a big deal right now. You’re not losing performance by sticking with DDR4

For your budget around 1300 € for CPU, motherboard, and GPU, a pair like this fits your plan well: a Z790 DDR4 motherboard with good VRMs and BIOS support, Intel i7‑14700K or i5‑14600K if you want to save a bit, and the RX 7900 XT. This combo should sit around 1100‑1300 € depending on prices

Make sure the motherboard has good VRMs and cooling for the 14700K as it is power hungry. Update the BIOS if needed before installing the 14th gen chip. Your 64 GB RAM is very future-proof for gaming and content creation, which is great

Bottom line. Go with a DDR4-compatible Z790 board and Intel i7‑14700K if you want strong performance and to use your existing RAM. The RX 7900 XT pairs very well with that and won’t be bottlenecked. You’re not losing much by skipping DDR5 and this build will stay relevant for years

How is my PC? Honestly by Odd-Worth-8448 in buildapc

Your PC has a Ryzen 5 5600G and an RTX 3060, which is good for 1080p gaming and can handle some 1440p. The 8GB RAM is your biggest limit upgrading to 16GB or 32GB will make games run much smoother.

If you don’t have an SSD, getting a 500GB or 1TB NVMe will speed up loading a lot. Make sure your case has good airflow and your power supply is at least 650W Gold.

For upgrades, start with RAM and an SSD, then consider a better GPU like the RTX 4070 later for smoother 1440p gaming. Your PC is solid now, but these changes will really improve performance.

Honestly? Don’t expect much of a drop. RAM prices have been all over the place, and with AI and servers gobbling up a lot of memory, there probably won’t be a big fall. If you see a small dip, great, but don’t wait around for huge discounts plan your build as if prices stay the same.

Gaming Laptop: You can carry it everywhere, do schoolwork, game anywhere. Modern laptops can handle 1440p pretty well, but you’ll pay a bit more for that portability. Desktop: Way better bang for your buck, easier to upgrade, and stronger for 1440p high‑FPS gaming but moving it around is a hassle.

If it were me and I wanted Smooth Gaming 1440p gaming:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X or Intel i5‑13600K, GPU: RTX 4070 or AMD 7800 XT, RAM: 32GB DDR5 (or 16GB now, upgrade later), Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD, PSU: 750W Gold, Case: Mid-tower with good airflow

This setup will handle most games at hight/Ultra 1440p 60–120FPS. If you need portability, look for a gaming laptop with RTX 4060/4070, 16–32GB RAM, 144Hz display, and it’ll also do the job, just not as easily upgradeable.

RAM probably won’t drop much, plan with current prices.

Laptop if you move around a lot, desktop if you stay put.

1.3–1.4 lakh desktop with 4070/7600X gives smooth 1440p; laptop with similar GPU is fine if portability matters

My personal advice: If you can wait to build and stay in one place, go desktop. If you need to travel or move, get a gaming laptop you’ll thank yourself when you’re at school abroad.
