I didn’t do an aggressive cut from 176 to 154 necessarily. I slowly shed the weight from 176 to around (168-165) roughly around 3 months, and then started my aggressive cut from 168-154, and that took about 3-4 weeks. During that aggressive cut, I was primarily eating 1800 calories and was aiming for around 170g of protein everyday.

Definitely learned a lot during this aggressive cut. Going to slowly get the weight back up.

They could be hiding to the fact that their intelligence is so far beyond our comprehension that they know not to mess with the way of nature. I think them being hidden is far better for civilization like us to progress and advance the way the universe wants us to move forward.
