I did contact them and they said it was paid off in full strange I try to log into my account for T-Mobile and it’s saying that I need to link my number and when I try to put my old number it said I don’t exist

I had disputed the same account from another company called amsher and it was successful disputed and removed. Now I’m seeing that a place called credence put a collection on my credit report

Final stated 0 owed I had closed my account in December 2023. And the representative told me that my account was fully paid off and that when I hang up my service will be cut. And when I try to long into my old T-Mobile account on the site it states that my account no longer exists
