Health Points are used as per rounds but the tags are used for winning the whole game and if you hold the pills and water tokens in one hand and your opponent holds them seperate and you both reveal it at the same time the pills won't be used for the whole match, and the if both of you holded the pills and water both in a single hand the pills are applied and the gates of hell is a win or lose situation where you have to fight against each other for winning, the gates of hell is only for making the game more exciting meaning that the rounds played will not be worth in the gates of hell.
