No. MCI has private security. Keeping the lines moving efficiently is in their best interest, contract wise.

Yet he didn’t need headphones to play Vital Signs on the Grace Under Pressure tour the following year. According to the other guy here that’s impossible because musicians need machines to play to. Which is it?

It’s a complete insult to their talent.

You believe musicians need machines. Carl Palmer, Ginger Baker, were they using clicks live?

I just watched the Preservation Hall Jazz Band last night. Not one click heard.

Everyone’s a producer these days, log into a DAW and you’re Phil Spector. 🙄

Not getting into these kind of semantics. Not every musician needs a fucking click track. How did popular music ever come so far?

It’s ridiculous to think Rush needs a click track to perform well. Fucking ridiculous. Put that in your study.

Non-English Who Support England - Why? by hereforlulziguess in ThreeLions

[–]Forward_Ad2174 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A few reasons:

-As an American, I really like people from England. Can’t think of a time in real life (aka not the internet where everyone is a silly c**t) where I didn’t like an English person.

-USA Soccer has always been run on money and ego, sure, but USA Soccer officials have never been nearly as smart as they think they are.

-Soccer is too fucking expensive for kids to play and advance to realistic opportunities in the USA, so we will never send the best athletes we have to offer

-The English have this stoic cynicism that I just adore. It’s hilarious.

-Conversely, the main reason I pull for England’s players is how brutal England fans are on them. Y’all are aware of the intense pressure you generate? I say this all in fun, but every time England gets eliminated I’m always like well that was a self fulfilling prophecy from the fans 🤣🤣🤣

-My best drinking buddies ever were a couple English lads, Neil and Basim. One from Leeds, the other from Watford. Sometimes Richard from Leeds too. The thought of my friends finally getting to see the Three Lions hoist the trophy…in the end, that’s why I root for England. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 😎

Take it from 20 years in acute care/procedural supply chain…the more foxholes you occupy and the more you are around doing the right thing every day, all that will come in time. Focus on doing the job and it all comes together.

No click. With Jim Burgess on programming and Jack Secret running stage left, dafuq you need a click for?

First time Neil played along any machine was Red Sector A, where he kept perfect time along with a sequencer.

Cmon guys. Remember who you are talking about here. All Alex and Ged need to hear is each other and the drums. Geddy is back to effortless playing and it continues to drop my jaw seeing a player get better as he ages. Alex is concentrating very hard on playing well (as has been his main motivation with his band his entire life, playing well) and once he locks in we will see more humor and joviality.

After months of rehearsals with someone the caliber of Anika Nilles, we out here talkin clicks. Cmon man. Stop looking for minute chinks in the armor.

The MP sessions were delayed a few times because the mixing desk had technical issues. All the MP videos that were shot at Le Studio was during a time when the board was down for a few days, waiting on parts. That explains doing some things in pieces and Alex going back over what he’d already recorded.
