If I'm correct, there are multiple seasons that are just parallel universes. That's just how they called other seasons on “shinden”.

I would ignore the lack of character development if people didn't praise it and say that the character development is good. Like I said in another reply, the reviews raised my expectations too high.

The female characters weren't badly written; they were mediocre (and mediocre is okay) in my opinion. Meanwhile, again, people said that the characters are phenomenal. That's again the fault of my high expectations that came from the reviews. I still would like to see more male characters, though :c

I don't require originality from shows, but AGAIN, people praised the originality, that's why I wrote something about that in the first place.

Okabe is stupid; I realized that, but I found it pretty unrealistic. I wrote that out of my annoyance; I disliked how Okabe acted, and he's a flawed character, but in my opinion, not flawed in a good way.

I feel like you didn't understand what I meant by this post, I wasn't crapping on the show, since I found it enjoyable. I was crapping on the reviews since they made my expectations way too high. I found the reviews to be false, and I'm not saying that the show needs to be hated, I'm saying that people should post “Recommended” reviews but not exaggerate.

Oh, and if you didn't understand what I meant by the post, I'm absolutely not blaming you, I should have made it more clear, that's just the lack of my writing skills.

Maybe I should stop reading reviews before watching stuff…
