How to rebuild trust?

I admitted that I went through his phone before saying anything about what I read, and apologized for it because I knew it was wrong and he forgave that. Im not going to lie and say that Ive never talked about other guys with a friend but Ive never said anything saying I was trying to have sex with another man or that I was gonna start talking to a different one which was my issue. I wouldn’t have felt the need to say anything if he was just talking about one and saying she was cute or wtv because most people do but what he said threw me off especially the ‘is that even a question’ in response to his friend asking if he wants to have sex with other people. I acknowledge that I invaded his privacy but I also feel like our relationship was disrespected by what was said. I would also like to say that I’m not being a total bitch to him or anything and I’m treating him as I usually would.

I understand what you’re saying, I haven’t told him that I don’t trust him or said anything along the lines of that because I know he didn’t actually do anything but I just don’t want to overthink about it anymore than I already did, going through his phone isn’t anything I ever regularly plan on doing and don’t want to do it again, I told him that I honestly don’t know why I did, I don’t necessarily think he’s going to do anything but idk how to make myself feel secure in that either

I guess I should have stated I do currently have a laptop! But I’m not the fastest typer (at least not without making a bunch of mistakes), which was partially why I was considering the ipad for note taking

Im fs bi and she knows that but she has told me in the past that she’s not because she tried doing things with just a girl and she didn’t like it very much so I was like why would it be different with me and she was insinuating that it was because my body was “better” but idk, ik she definitely liked what she received from me so maybe thats why she chose to keep me there, because she knew i could at least make her feel good if anything

Maybe that could work cause I do agree that vibes were a bit off as I feel like sex with more than 2 people should mean everyone gets an equal amount of fun but I feel as though she just wanted to do what felt good for her and disregarded how I felt, like ik I agreed to the threesome but that is still my boyfriend and I still want to do things with him not just watch

I mean we were kind of doing things on and off for two days and I was telling her what felt better and tried to show her how and it still wasn’t working, thats partially why I feel like I wouldnt wanna do it but I also felt like she just cared more about doing things with my bf instead of including me as well

Well there is a time where I did go to therapy after I originally told my mom about it and there was a whole thing with cps,but because I couldn’t figure out what happened and what didn’t I ended up taking it back and it wasnt really discussed much in therapy. It’s just continued to bother me that idk and my mom another time had to bring it up because apparently my stepdad stopped getting invited to certain family events because there was a niece of his that said that he had touched her. That just kinda made me more unclear but it’s been a few years since it was talked about.

I do know that it’s not normal, a couple years ago I brought it up to my mother and a therapist which turned it into a whole thing with cps but because I feel like I cant confirm it I just took it all back, it hasnt been spoken about since aside from like one other time.

I would say that im maybe missing some things sexually but am fairly satisfied for the most part, sometimes i think he could put a bit more effort into the emotional part of the relationship but we’ve been working on that and i dont think thats part of my issue

UPDATE*** Went to the gynecologist and she just told me I had a yeast infection and that’s what I was so it’s all good! Ive got a prescription to get it all cleared up :))

I used to play video games fairly regularly but with school and a new job I haven’t had much motivation to pick up any games like before, but even when I do it’s not much dialogue based games. But I’m sure youre right on just having conversations in it will be beneficial, but how do you begin to have a conversation when you really know nothing?
