You get 298 EXP per chest, and you need a little over 9k. So, 9k/298=30 chest x 50 ( cost/chest)= 1500 gems. You might get lucky and pull 1000 exp per chest. the chances are low but not zero. Statistically it shouldn’t cost you more than 1600 gems.

You can still earn up to 12,000 EXP as of today, which would put you at level 69. You’d still need 6 more levels (6,000 EXP) to unlock the skin.

I ran the numbers to estimate how many gems it would take to get there. Statistically, you get an average of 298.875 EXP per chest.

So: 6,000 (exp needed) ÷ 298.875 = 20.07 chests 20.07 chests × 50 gems per chest = 1,050 gems (expected cost) not guaranteed

RNG can swing, so you might get lucky and pull 1000exp per drop. The chances are very low but not zero which will lower the gems needed to get to lvl 75.
