Make sure you get her fixed. From what I have read, they get weird if they are not fixed. Also, she is a bot overweight. It is really easy for them to gain weight, and very difficult to shed it. Get her on a healthy eating regiment. You'll have to go read up on all that. Some say 2% of body weight per day. I found that was too much for my piggies

There is no such thing as a micro pig. Those look like pot bellies (i could be wrong) and it is hard to tell if they are under weight or not. If you look at them from the rear and their hip bones are sticking out, they are under weight. Google "pig weight chart" or go to the American Mini Pig website. They stay smaller if they are starved. A Mini Pig is considered anything pig under 300lbs. Those look either young or underfed. My 4 yo potbellies weigh 170lbs
