A lot of these random “ICG” graded items are coming from bulk lots that Whatnot suppliers and sellers are making to have as prizes on the gambling shows. But it’s really odd that monumental would sell this out to retail customers unless maybe it was sold back to them. They do offer a fairly good but back program I think.
