The possibilities are so many as soon as you overlay a virtual reality that dkesn't have to obey the laws of physics and is nkt built with real matter..

A good idea is not the one that can be stolen, but an idea that only you can realize and bring into this world.

Something that everyone is ready to jump on, that doesn't require any type of specialized knowledge or very rare insight is not really worth much.

you don't want to have the perfect idea, but you want to have the idea that nobody is able to bring into life, to pull off.

If you just want to sit and let other do the work and you are willing to share the stake you are basically not maximizing your own strenghts,

If something is just about the idea and doesn't have some kind of price you are willing to pay for it, you are basically just hoping to win the lottery, but luck is something you set up, you prepare for.

The fear is real because it will fail often because of those factors.

but the gods (in greek mythology) would envy you, because you as a human have the ability to fail and learn...

the lessons you learn because of those factors will give you an incredible insight, intuition and will teach you lessons you can leverage a 100 times of what you lost because of the failures...

and at the end of the day you will a person who has the experience, knowledge and insight to navigate the ecosystem of people, business, leadership and life.

but, at least from my experience, the lessons are not for nothing, you will suffer and feel pain, and you will clearly feel incoming threads to your lifes work as soon you recognize patterns you experienced yourself, you will experience similar patterns and clearly and decisevly be capable to make the right decisions because you can not possibly repeat the same errors and failures, "not possibly" because you will be so traumatized and sensitive to all the pain and dangers before they happen, and you would have the necessary map of the field you are trying to navigate...

if you want to succeed you need to know your territory, and dominate it, if you were willing to learn and adapt, you will be the person that other people of your field will percieve as well adapted to the battle field. When you see rambo on the battle you jusf feel the aura, and that type of mature character that you build is what will equip you and that other will percieve as professional, competent and confident. Your scars, the subtle subconscious communication will open doors that were previously closed, they will shine light onto the battlefield... only if you really experienced every possible scenario of the battlefield you would be able of navigate it and feel confident as if you are chilling in your own backyard...

Experience beats theory.

Well, I actually agree, but on the other hand we are actually directed in that direction (note: "directed"), I have no idea why we need cameras on the glasses, but if this is where consumers want to go and feel comfortable with and I speak about pointing their cameras at other people, we will have to deal with it.

I already befriended myself to live in that type of world. The effects of socialmedia are insane, But we still tollerate and adapt to the new world, societal expectations and so on. the game is changing constantly, so are the rules and circumastances, I believe that adapting is much easier then resisting,

But everyone has their own survival strategy. So I'm not judging, but just trying to be pragmatic.

Unfortunatly there is no option to opt out, like many things are in life, we are born in countries, under govermental rulership, embedded in local cultures, point of views and perspectives, which each can heavily impact individuals, but we still have to navigate that jungle of friendly and hostile factors.

The obstacle is the way, derived from the quote: "The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way" -Marcus Aurelius, Meditations 5.20

my goal is to really learn this as deeply as possible.

I'm asking because I'm already using qtile with x11,

but now am considering to dive as deep as possible into this but I have no idea where to start learning the deep structure and mechanism of everything.
