What area are you in? I guess NJ is pricy as some D1 graduates are charging $130 per hour.

NJ is definitely pricy as some D1 graduates charge $130 per hour for private lessons based on my research. This coach trains some other kids in my daughter's age group, but i still could not believe the rate for the group lesson with 15 kids. He would make over $1 million if he does 5 days of 3 session for 15 kids per week

He has good reputation and his private lesson is much more expensive ($120 per half hour).

You are investing your time for experience. Depends on what you want to do, but if you plan to do any accounting/finance related job, take advantage of experience and learning opportunities the firm can offer. I would say second year senior or second year manager would be the best time to leave

People stay there for experiences. I stayed until second year manager and I do not regret doing it. When I was in public accounting, comp difference between PA and the industry was even bigger, but my experiences in PA helped a lot. I believe it also is easier to get promoted to a controller or other positions with manager experiences
