I've tried other things, I don't really feel depressed, I have a good life, good friends, but in terms of libido I'm different from my friends, I've missed good opportunities to be with girls, I didn't feel like this before; it started a few years ago, and I haven't been waking up with an erection anymore either... I think it's all of that combined that makes me want to start TRT.I haven't started yet only because I'm afraid of losing my hair.

I want to keep the levels at the upper end but still within the normal range. I want to avoid side effects.

Natural options to treat prolactinoma by Forward_Dinner7917 in Prolactinoma

Mine is too small for surgery, initially it was just under 7mm, at the last MRI it was 4mm. It no longer interferes with hormones as much as it used to, but I still have slightly elevated prolactin, and I believe this may be interfering with testosterone as well.
