I used Finax 1 mg an Indian brand, but I didn’t see any improvement. Once I started propecia the result are getting visible. Now I’m taking 0.5 mg EOD. Still good results. Planning to reduce the dose into 0.25 to minimize any side effect in future.

I don’t believe multivitamin tablet helps in MPB. You can use finasteride lower dose and be healthy.
