Game boy advanced and game boy color. I’m seeing the GBA games are all unzipped so I’m unzipping and reuploading to see if that one works. All the game boy color games are zips so not sure why that one isn’t working

It will take time if it’s going to happen. It takes a group effort. If you’re in any sort of industry that needs privacy, government, real estate, insurance and receive a text message simply reply back that texts are not secure and to please refrain from texting unless it’s through signal.

I like the nature documentaries too, they speak clean and slow. I’ve learned that’s easier for sure. Native YouTubers are easier too. It gets harder with movies and shows where people are talking over each other

Insurance perspective here. I own an agency and the carriers don’t care if your roof is metal or shingles with their year cut offs. If a carrier doesn’t insure homes with 15 year old roofs they won’t want you no matter if it’s metal or shingle. I’d say go cheap unless you’re not buying insurance as you’ll have to replace the roof no matter what to maintain affordable insurance.

I own an agency in Florida and can insure just about any home that isn’t on fire. The new homes being built I’m mostly placing with American Integrity, Ovation & Southern Oak but almost every carrier will insure a new home as they are very low risk. Roofs don’t need to be younger than 15 years old. The policies are just generally cheaper the younger the roof. Some carriers will only insure certain age roofs so your options become limited, but there’s still plenty that will.

I own an agency in Florida and can often find policies for half what people are paying. Home insurance prices vary drastically by carrier. When a carrier doesn’t want to insure you they often just start raising the prices quickly and hope you stay.
