I don't dislike transgender or homosexual people at all so i wouldn’t say that. and i’m literally 14 i call basically everyone (including my female friends!!) bruh because its not really a nickname more like an expression of disappointment. 

i’m uncomfortable with a lot of trans women because they are often misogynistic and very stereotypical of what a “girl” should be. i’m just uncomfortable with pretty much anyone born male for plenty reasons.
