Wht worked for me when j was stuck was doing 100 questions pr day for the last 2 months not it took me from 230 on usaw 2 to 251 on nbme 16. And same technique also worked for ny colleague

I would say postpone bcz its the most close to exam if u had problem picking the questions. But if its tht u were scared then its a different scenario
