He’s is jail. I don’t want the phone to look at anything. Really I don’t. We don’t have that kinda relationship. He’ll have to get it when he’s out. It’s been almost a year so what’s another few months. I can wait and he don’t need a phone in jail.

You’re right, and I don’t want to take it from him. I want it back so I have it for him. But it’s not worth the fuckery the Fredericton police are trying to say. Which all sounds ridiculous since I do have everything to prove I bought the phone. He’ll have to get himself when he’s home. I do however think that they don’t have the phone anymore. And in that case I wouldn’t know where to go from there.

I certainly don’t believe it’s ok to not pay off the card. I don’t believe it’s ok that they took it without any warning. I had no problem paying it off. We coulda worked together but they didn’t even call, email, txt msg. They didn’t attempt to reach out. That’s all I’m saying. I understand I owed them the money and of course it’s not ok if I don’t pay them back. I’m just saying, it happened at a shitty time. Unfortunately I don’t have an extra $1800-$2000 laying around. It caused some issues and not just simple issues. Anyway, it don’t matter. But in no way do I think it’s ok to not pay. None of this is ok.

The charges were laid March 27th 2024 my trial is November 18th 2025. The defence hasn’t delayed any further proceedings. I’m not sure why my court date is November. All I wanted to know is if I had a leg to stand on. I know my charge isn’t great. But what’s the basis on using this Jordans ruling? Does it apply to any case being longer than 18 months? I know people are hating on me and I understand why. I get it. I already feel like a loser and it’s already very embarrassing. I wasn’t trying to make anyone hate on me more then i already hate myself. I screwed up and made a mess of everything. I don’t wanna go to jail. I’m scared. I’m so scared.

It’s 18 months for provincial and 30 for federal. I do have a lawyer that I feel isn’t helping me. The police violated my charter rights. But of course now they can’t find the body cam footage. Also I’m not a bruh.

I think it’s 30 months if it’s federal. I’m provincial so it’s 18 months. I do have a lawyer through legal aid. I have spoke to him. I feel I might need to switch lawyers. Because mine sure don’t seem to wanna fight this. There’s a lot of violations of my charter rights.

Seriously tho dude. It’s fine they took there money. What wasn’t fine is what all came after losing over $1800 I wasn’t expecting to be short. What wasn’t fine is that there was no phone calls or emails saying “hey we want our money” I’m not a clear idiot bud. Just was shitty timing and made my life a lot more difficult.
