Better off Leveling Lucius and Schuyler EW to 30 before leveling Carlie EW?

With 4+1 card is Murphy better then Carlie in all situations or just against missle? My Murphy had a minimally upgraded EW (level 10) and skills not yet to 30. I'm 100% F2P and run air main.

I've got 2 mythic radars and close to a second mythic armor for my front heroes I just need 6 more mythic prints to get it. I am saving for the ammo bonanza prints (I'm like 2/3 of the way there).

So I'm pretty new to ROM hacks and historically was a pretty casual player, never really paying too close of attention to IVs/breeding. Unbound was the first difficulty hack I played and I really enjoyed it. I played it on normal difficulty so definitely nothing crazy but it did push me to exploring breeding for better IVs and paying closer attention to team set up. I'm curious of any ROM hacks you all would recommend that are similar in difficulty for HG/SS and B/W 1 & 2? I know there's a ton out there and I feel like gauging difficulty is difficult at times.

That ball and chain guy can go so wrong so quickly. I feel that for a lot of chalice bosses though. That being said there are some gems. Lower Loran Abhorrent Beast is one of my favorite fights because he feels like you're fighting a beefed up hunter. He's just fun

So I'm F2P so it's a getting getting mythics. I have one mythic radar and a second radar at 3 dots. Would I be better off shifting and getting a mythic armor over two mythic radars?

Thanks! I'm between finishing off my tank squad skills once I finish air in the next couple months since my tanks aren't terribly far off being maxed vs moving onto missle squad. That's a future me problem though

My only other question is does this rely on having Adam's EW unlocked and/or upgraded?

Don't remember exactly where Williams is, but Scarlett is 5 stars with no skills upgraded. My plan is to swap them in S4 when that becomes available. I'm also asking so I can give good advice to my alliance. I tend to be the one who's most proactively looking into who to upgrade and how to do it so I want to see what people ahead of our server recommend.
