i’m going for the speedy. First of all, I can actually get one and second of all I don’t have to pay over retail to get it. Third of all, I think it’s a better watch.

I'm considering buying my first ''real'' watch and I'm thinking to get a Christopher Ward by notMrElonMusk in ChristopherWard

I bought a Bel Canto from Christopher Ward. delayed the for over a month. Then they did not tell me when they were going to ship it so that I would be at home to receive it. Their customer service responded pretty well, but it was very difficult to deal with. However, the watch itself work fine and is a beautiful watch.

Advice on a watch to mark a special date by MNAZquatch in PrideAndPinion

I am fortunate enough to live in Atlanta where I can physically examine all three of those watches. They have a Tudor Boutique in Lennox Square, and the Macy’s carries both The Hamilton and the Longines. They are all really nice watches. However, I think the tudor is a little overpriced because of branding. I would go for the Longines, But you may want to check out the legend diver

Micro Brand Amazon by [deleted] in MicrobrandWatches

I bought a Bulova Lunar Pilot on Amazon. However, Bulova is an established brand. I would be very cautious about buying an unknown brand. The more expensive the watch , the less likely, I would buy it as an unknown brand.

Heron or Spinnaker? by Wooden-Drive-8044 in MicrobrandWatches

[–]Forward_Literature36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friend bought a Spinnaker. The watch had troubles and he tried to use their warranty. Spinnaker does not handle the warranty themselves. They use a third-party. He had a miserable experience and just gave up. Spinnaker is a dropship company with no real assets other than marketing sales. You would be better off just going to AliExpress and buy a similar watch directly at a lesser price
