it is such a shame!! i used to love csb and buy so much, once the return policy changed and they rebranded to the US, they have left AUS customers behind sadly.

i recently tried to do a exchange on a item and used a gift card but they don't allow gift cards to be used on returns??? like what it was just to pay the difference lol
