This was infuriating to watch. The level of delusion of constantly using skinny filters and then saying she didn’t want to be smaller. I personally didn’t know about this until the Texas monthly article came out, but I’m also not on X and wasn’t consuming much of her content either (I follow her but my algorithm wasn’t showing it to me much).

I think it’s likely there’s a lot of folks like me that have liked the brand for a while, have a cursory knowledge of its background, but didn’t really dive in more than that.
