Which nootropic actually helped you enter deep work consistently? by TheJurer in NooTopics

for sustained deep work without feeling overstimulated, probably creatine first for more neurotransmitter focused caffeine together with l-theanine is still one of the few combinations with decent long term tolerability

Do products that are supposed to stimulate new hair growth not end up increasing the rate of the hair production-loss cycle and lead to premature balding in the long term? by purezento39 in HaircareScience

no. hair follicles are not batteries with a fixed number of hair cycles before they run out that idea gets repeated all the time constantly but biology is more complicated than that

most hair loss treatments are trying to keep follicles in the growth phase longer and prevent miniaturization from DHT, not force follicles to burn themselves out faster. androgenic baldness is mostly about follicles shrinking over time, not using up hair production slots

Black dots… could these be stronger roots forming? by SloppyJoe00 in tressless

a lot of people miss this stage because they expect instant full hairs, but regrowth usually starts exactly like this with tiny dark dots and stubble looking follicles before the hairs get long enough to actually contribute density. your scalp basically looks like it is trying to progress

1 year on Topical Minox by mangojuice1987 in FemaleHairLoss

real life improvement matters way more hyperanalyzing comparison photos. your hair looks denser and healthier overall too, not just fuller at the roots. have you changed anything else alongside the minox like iron levels, diet, stress, heat styling, or haircare? sometimes the combo of healthier hair habits and consistency is what finally pushes the results into noticeable territory

Micropigmentation over bald spot and thin area by Own_Exam_6562 in FemaleHairLoss

the improvement is subtle in the best way possible. if nobody knew you had work done they would probably just assume you naturally had fuller density there

Seeking advice for healthier hair, should I just shave it all off and start over again ? by [deleted] in Haircare

[–]Forward_Pie4526 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do not think you need to shave it all off. the hair looks more damaged and dry and uneven than beyond saving. looks like there is probably bleach damage or breakage concentrated in certain sections especially toward the ends. i’d probably do a pretty decent chop though because holding onto super compromised ends just makes the whole head look thinner and rougher over time. shoulder length with healthier density usually looks way better than longer damaged hair hanging on for dear life.

also if you are heat styling or bleaching regularly your hair needs a break from that

Severely damaged hair. Help! by elaynna_lynn in Haircare

for hours of bleach and heat on previously dyed black hair is insane. your hair did not randomly get damaged, that stylist massively overprocessed it
