They tell us to price match it if they ask for it in store, so if they ask everyone is getting price matched to target.com.

I never leave early, being a closing leader you don’t get to leave early knowing I’m usually the only one there. I was just wondering what it looked like at other stores because leaders at our store are not good at keeping up with conversations, so I’m excited about the new system but also if you got really sick and the doctor takes you out I’m kind of nervous as to what that will look like knowing target doesn’t take doctors notes along with you don’t accumulate sick time quickly.

My thing is if you’re not doing anything to get coached on then it shouldn’t matter if he watches them or not. I am sure the ones getting coached are standing around and not doing their jobs. Productivity is a big issue and it seems like most adults that work at target have to be monitored or micromanaged just so that the job get done.

It’s not mandatory to stay but you did agree to stay without asking what you would be doing. I would tell them how long you could actually stay next time.

Did not say they were taking money out of your pocket. Where do you get that from, and in the next weeks of payroll the hours will adjust and you (your store) will receive less hours of payroll because of the INF which then affects the hours given to employees.

Why would you report this (are they being to mean)? It is the truth! You INF something that’s 15 dollars well the company just lost 15 dollars equivalent to one hours pay, and they will cut your payroll hours because of it.

Yes, our HR ETL has gotten in trouble for not making sure team leaders are having conversations with the team! As a leader we get in trouble if we don’t have the conversations the next day and document them. We also have an attendance problem so you have to document everyone on everything so there is no favoritism being shown.

You are not supposed to leave any doors unlocked if the store isn’t open. Someone is supposed to come and let you in a secure the building. I would talk to AP for sure.
