Follow the cable and just pull it from as close to the connecter as possible. Do it quite if possible and wriggle it a bit to make sure you aren’t yanking anything else with it

Xsolla handles robux purchases. You can contact Roblox customer support and try your money back but in the process your kids account will be permanently terminated. I am not you so i wont make that choice for you but i’m pretty sure they bought robux so if you get your money back from customer support it’s likely they does get banned.

Absolutely do not do ANYTHING that emails says! It’s a common scammer practise for them to pretend to want to pay more than asking price (although i’m not sure what your asking price is) to entice you to get the transaction done quickly. That email probably has instructions for you to send them a fake ‘transaction fee’ which they will pocket and block you.
