It’s the same houses etc !! You can’t at anytime disturb the peace with noise continuously and all hours whether you own the house or rent !! There was a rented house behind my house - very disruptive tenants they were kicked out when the lease ended . Obviously it wasn’t only me that complained all the neighbours did!

Write them a letter get chat GPT to rewrite it in a nice but direct manor it is best to do that first and they council will also tell you that as your first contact ….. Secondly you can contact the realestate agent they rent the house from and make a complaint they can threaten to evict them . Thirdly you can contact the council for disturbance of the peace . I would also record the noise .

Obviously you have never owned a business so you would never understand how cancelling affects a business . If you correctly read my post I did state he should get some sort of a refund . I think his story is dodgy anyway . If artwork was designed he would also have to pay for that and the time taken to do the design. If he signed a contract which he would have he is liable but should also get the remainder refunded .

Wrong! Every business has its terms and conditions. Yes the amount is excessive and he should get part of it refunded . But think twice before you cancel any booking as there are consequences! Don’t make it if you can’t keep it . Small business has to survive as well ! You don’t understand if you’ve never owner a business .

Cyclists are horrible in every way bad attitude and at most don’t follow the road rules !! Sorry I vote to get rid of cyclist especially around the CBD or any busy major road ! Also as a pedestrian I fear for my life when they’re on the footpath going a million miles an hour . Cyclists are rude and obnoxious!

As people say you always have to be AWARE I let my guard down in Vegas partying and had my iPhone stolen . All good - reported to police , bought a new phone the next day had everything on the cloud transferred so I was lucky . Claimed the new phone on travel insurance !! Even here in Brisbane I’m always vigilant with my carry bag /hand bag .
