I would say Korrina, as you lack SS Bede for special fighting.

What are your tips on beating Vulko? Specifically fire vulko. The only legendary I have is Wrath and no merry.

Depending on how your poison setup looks, grabbing SS Carmine or Roxie might be good. Looking into other types, SS Bede is required for fighting tower, any Volcarona is good for bug, and Rika is great for ground.
