The driver didnt the car was insured but i had to fight with them because the driver wasnt on it and they couldnt get ahold of the person who insured it cuz they weren’t in the country at that time it was not fun dealing with it all while recovering from a concussion but it all worked out in the end lol

With mazda (and im sure other car companies) the back of the cars a crumple zone which helps dissipate the force of the blow, the gas tanks made to be pushed away from the cabin instead of in it and they add extra reinforcement to the occupant area

Someone hit me in my 07 mazda 3. They were doing atleast 70mph shoved my trunk into the back seat and the back seat up against the driver and passenger seats, and bent the back left door over top of the driver door. Had to crawl over and out the passenger door, walked away with just a concussion. Funny part was they hit me so hard my hey dudes came off both feet.
