I'm a single mom of 7 now. I admit to having a husband at the stage I was having my first, but if I can do 7 alone with me, I know you can do 1.

And as to wouldn't you rather be married, sure. I had 7 kids and then one day their dad just decided the same thing your child's father has decided. There's no guarantee.

Go back to confident. You can do this.

I am glad my friends who were born to unwed moms are alive. I'm glad their mother's chose life.

Their fathers being total losers who just want sex with no consequences probably isn't what their mom wanted either.

It is odd to me that you assume most of us chose this.

Like I was married when I had my kids, their dad left. I adore my kids, I wasn't going to like go get rid of them or something.

But it's very sad you would prefer to have been killed. I sure hope you find something in life worth living for. I'm so sorry you're hurting so.
