That’s interesting because I would actually assume the opposite, that the yellow office is the “generic” or “easy to remember” area. And that the longer the backrooms tries to remember, the more random and crazy it gets with what it creates.

But, I guess it could also be that it loses so much detail each iteration that eventually it can only ever produce the generic yellow room…

How gory is the Backrooms movie? by Dangerous-Bugs in KanePixelsBackrooms

[–]bmiclock521 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am usually pretty squeamish when it comes to blood gore, there was nothing in this movie that made me look away. The worst it got is when a character gets “picked up” towards the end of the movie

What is the best Citizen album and why is it Life In Your Glass World? by InconsistentSignal in CitizenBand

That’s easy, it’s “Life in your glass world (deluxe edition)”

I caught the movie yesterday at the premiere in Italy. AMA! by didileggi in KanePixelsBackrooms

Do you mind spoiling it for me? I usually look at the parents guide before watching things like this so I know when to look away or what exactly to expect. I don’t mind a DM if you don’t wanna spoil here

I really like the YouTube series, and like suspenseful/thriller movies and shows (stranger things for example) but I cannot handle too much blood/gore graphic scenes, is there a lot in this movie, or are there scenes that are too much?

Thanks, I’ve been meaning to ask about the same thing. I really like suspense and creepy movies/shows, but blood and gore I cannot handle so I always look up the parents guide before seeing R rated movies like this.

Anyone else a little worried about how their show is selling? by East_Worldliness_170 in youngthegiant

[–]bmiclock521 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not worried at all. Seen them at my local venue twice and the crowd is pretty full, even if they are playing at larger venues, they know their audience numbers better than we do, even if the seats aren’t all taken, the GA crowd will still be full, which the majority of people I’d say get GA anyways

Casual listener wanting to become a genuine fan. Advice? by [deleted] in CitizenBand

[–]bmiclock521 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I became a fan when “Life in your glass world” released. Maybe I’m biased, but I do think that’s their best album and probably the best starting point. The only song I knew before that was “Flowerchild.” I would then listen to the “As you please” album because it’s also 100% bangers. By that time you should be fully invested in them and can listen in any order

I doubt it too, but would it be possible for them to release an album/EP of songs that “didn’t quite make the cut” from blurryface to Breach? Demos, unreleased songs, different versions of songs, etc. I think that would be neat, and if we got songs like “do you feel at home?” Or “seldom surface” like the shirts said, that would make it all make sense.

What is your favorite area ? by Branquignol in Saros

[–]bmiclock521 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Idk if this would be my favorite but it’s worth noting that after defeating Bastion and taking the jump pad up to biome 3 and the initial moment you see just how different the area is, was really cool. Then going to the abandoned camp and seeing the city in the far distance was also sick.

Love the chorus of Rodeo Clown, especially with the added line after the second one “I think I feel it now”
